  If your fingerprints are not being biometrically verified, you can now collect donations from designated branches of the respective banks without going to NADRA offices.  All such individuals will be re-sent an SMS from 8171 to receive assistance.

 The return SMS will include the name, address and date of the bank concerned.  You are requested to contact the concerned bank only after receiving the SMS.  And take your ID card and mobile phone with you for ease of payment.

 If the parents, husband or wife are eligible and they have passed away, then in view of this situation, a method of filing an appeal has been devised to facilitate the family.  Which is based on 3 steps.

 1).  Obtain a death certificate from the concerned Union Council

  Do

 2).  Submit the death certificate of the deceased in the office.

 3).  Contact the Tehsil Office of BISP along with the Certificate of Cancellation / Death of Identity Card of the deceased from NADRA.
