How to appeal for Ehsaas Program finger prints not match

As you know there was a program in Pakistan called Ehsas Emergency Cash Program which was giving Rs. 12000 to each family by the government but now this program has come to an end but still  There are some families who could not receive the money. There are some people whose fingerprints did not match. For them, a new web portal has been opened by the government to register complaints.

Eligible individuals who have problems with biometric fingerprint verification should enter their ID card number here.

If parents, spouse are eligible but have died

 On your application, enter the name of the deceased, identity card number, certified death certificate from NADRA and the name of the proposed deserving person from the family of the deceased / deceased and the identity card number and send to this address.
